Chuck Yarris
Director of Quality and Food Safety

Chuck has over thirty-five years of experience in the food and beverage industry, primarily focused in operations management with an emphasis on quality and food safety.  In addition to fluid milk and ice cream, he also has an extensive background in aseptics, ESL, cultured and powdered products.  Chuck is a FSMA-PCHF Lead Instructor, conducts a variety of educational workshops and serves as a judge on several widely known dairy sensory panels.

Amanda Moore
Quality and Food Safety Manager

Amanda Moore provides regulatory updates, food safety consultations and assessments, troubleshooting services and training for member plants.  Amanda has an extensive background in fluid milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, juice and ESL production with an emphasis on lab management, GMP plant inspections, quality system development, formal auditing and hands-on implementation of practical food safety programs.  Amanda has a B.S. in Nutrition and is a certified Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Consultant, a FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) Lead Instructor.
